The Belfast Lady Bulldogs began Homecoming with a 3-0 win over the Scio Tigers on October 3rd. Morgan Hamer, Megan Rose and Hanah Helms each scored, and Hamer had six saves. The girls traveled to Hinsdale and played hard, but fell 5-0, Hamer stopping fifteen shots in the loss.

On October 6th, the ladies honored their seniors before giving it their all against Cuba-Rushford before falling 2-0. Morgan finished the game with ten saves in her final home game. The girls left everything on their field in their hard fought 4-0 loss to Whitesville, Hamer stopping twelve shots.

The season ended with a had fought loss in the pre quarter finals to Arkport/Canaseraga 3-0. The girls played hard and improved every game. The girls will lose Morgan, Sydney, Megan, and their bookkeeper to graduation, but thank everyone who supported this young team.

They adopted a motto at the beginning of the season,“Family Is Forever,” and the seniors, returning players, and incoming players will remember this motto.
