With roughly three months left in the school year things can get stressful. Here are a few ways to relieve your stresses and get through these next few weeks at ease.

  1. Drink more water: your body and mind will thank you!
  2. Set small goals throughout the course of the week: you can achieve whatever you set your mind to.
  3. Get enough sleep: nothing can be accomplished with no sleep.
  4. Keep up with your hygiene: look good, feel good.
  5. Eat some healthy foods that beat the blues: fish, tea, chocolate, berries, whole grain cereal, eggs, oranges, leafy green vegetables, or chicken noodle soup.
  6. Express gratitude: gratitude helps us see the world differently.
  7. Stop waiting: for summer, for tomorrow, for love; live in the moment.
  8. Read more: reading increases your knowledge and keeps you inspired.
  9. Listen to classical music: it stimulates the brain and relaxes you.
  10. Stop thinking negative thoughts about yourself or others: you know why.
