Lindsey Taber Weaver, a 1997 graduate of Belfast Central School, went to Fredonia and Alfred University for college, majoring in Elementary Education. She now is a Kindergarten teacher at Friendship Central School and lives in Belfast with her husband and three children.   When asked to give advice to younger students, Lindsey said, “Do not measure your success by comparing yourself to others. Be unique, don’t always “follow the crowd.” Be yourself and appreciate what others add to your life, whether good or bad.  There are so many lessons in every situation.”  This advice can guide students towards personal happiness, growth, and success.
