Another sports season has started. From last year, the girls varsity lost four seniors including Michaela Pastorius, MacKenzie Hamer, Sarah Marsh, and Eryn Broshar. Since losing them, including big scorers Michaela and MacKenzie, things have been a little rough this season, but we’re getting there slowly.

The returners from last year are Danielle Cassady, Morgan Hamer, Kayleigh Blocho, and Junie Shaw, and we welcome newcomers Megan Rose, Jaiden Enders, Hanah Helms, and Haley Cantrell with their new head coach, Doug Walsh. This season, the girls have had two games so far, against Genesee Valley and CG Finney. They didn’t win either of their games, but they are working harder to reclaim their goal of winning Division 2 County Champions. Their next game is at Fillmore December 18th, then they have their first home game on December 20th at 7:30 against the Friendship Lady Eagles.
